Dean is a clever man for not drinking. You know, I've actually gone through very very long periods without drinking and felt better for it. But I always end up going back and try to drink as much as I used to. So yesterday I was having the worst hangover of my life and I was thinking - what actually helps a hangover? Obviously not getting drunk at work nights out and fearing going into work on the Monday would make sure there was no hangover but it's too late for that now.
I was talking to a friend and we both agreed that greasy food works wonders especially if you have Diet Pepsi with it! She's the only other person I know that tries to solve a hangover with food like I do. I think it's the way to go. Mixed grills, steak, sausages, mash and bacon would have to be my first choices. Giant bowls of pasta too.
So what do you do to sort a hangover? (Drinking more doesn't count!)
